We are a Social Enterprise run by the mental health charity Mind in Bexley. Our aim is to raise awareness and challenge the stigma associated with all forms of mental health problems. We have regular walks in the Whitstable and Herne By areas every Sunday 10am - 11.30am . These walks are a designed to make friends, combat isolation, get fit and improve mental wellbeing. You can walk at any pace, chat, take photos and enjoy your surroundings.
