Hatha yoga classes for all abilities taught by experienced yoga teacher. (Tracy is new to the area but has been teaching for over 20 years within education, the NHS and the community, with a particular interest in mental health).
Yoga poses to improve posture, flexibility, balance and strength. Meditation, relaxation and breathing techniques to help with stress and anxiety.
Please bring your own mat.
