Yoga for Bodymind Health

DSJ Yoga

A yoga class to strengthen, stretch and soothe body and mind. In this class, yoga brings together body, breath and mind through coordinated movement and meditation for the better health of the whole person. All postures are suitable for beginners, with added levels of challenge for more experienced students. Ways to improve individual wellbeing are explored, drawing on insights from ancient yogic philosophy to modern mindfulness and neuroscience.
