Hi there mums of all ages and stages! You are warmly invited to join us at our monthly Mums Matter breakfasts in Thanington, Canterbury. These gatherings are all about pampering you while your little one(s) rest or play. At every gathering we have specialist mental health support and infant feeding support available to help you get the help you need.

Our relaxed breakfasts are a great way to meet and make friends with other mums, you can come without children too. We always have some new people attending, so even if you've never been to a group with your little one, you are so welcome to be part of our circle of support.

Our breakfasts are free to book and we gladly welcome donations on the day, based on what you can afford to contribute, to help ensure our mental health support can continue to be affordable for all.
