Advocacy, information, guidance and advice for older people across Kent

Citizens' Rights for Older People (CROP)

We support anyone over the age of 55, and where required one of our Volunteer Advocates will visit the client in their own home to provide a face to face service. We have a team of 48 trained and DBS checked Volunteer Advocates located across most of Kent to help with an issue a person is struggling with and this can include support with:
-benefit maximisation
-accessing & applying for benefits including PIP, ESA, AA & BB
-making a complaint
-help with forms & letters
-accessing specialist services
-help organise finances
-housing & council tax issues
-options around moving into care home/sheltered housing
