We help self-funding clients to find either a package of care, respite care, or care home placement.
Kent Placements covers the whole of Kent but if a client who is based in Kent would like to move further afield, we can still help right across the UK. Primarily we deal with clients over 65 but will help under 65 if needed.
We keep in contact with the client or next of kin throughout the whole process and they have one adviser assigned to them, we research the care provider giving the client cost, a link to the CQC report, availability, and all details regarding the care provider. We always try to present at least a choice of three depending on availability in the chosen area. In usual times we also take the family to view the home if required, we arrange assessment with the chosen provider and confirm the start or moving date.
