Discovery Catering is a social enterprise. It is run by a group of people with and without learning difficulties who work together to gain skills in cooking and catering. People are supported to develop and prepare recipes, learn about healthy eating, gain skills in using kitchen equipment, work towards qualifications in hospitality and catering and be supported to work at catering bookings and local events.
