FCS is a professional and confidential counselling service for individuals and couples seeking help and support with personal, emotional or relationship problems. Our counsellors are fully trained to listen and help you explore your feelings, thoughts and behaviours in a safe, confidential and non-judgmental way.
Service is available to those aged 17 and older.
We offer private therapy , private couples therapy and have a low cost service for those wishing to access longer term counselling at a reduced rate.
