Our monthly online creative evenings are for you if you identify as a mum, whether you are expecting, a new mum, a mum of older children, adopting/fostering or are a grandma or great grandma. We hope these sessions will give you a break from childcare (although we warmly welcome babes in arms). We hope you can get a night to yourself.

Each month's session includes:

* Time to meet and make friends in our interactive gathering over Zoom

* A guided relaxation and visualisation which will lead you into a relaxing journalling activity.

* Time to share and be heard

* A poem or reflection to finish

* Chill out time at the end to stay online and socialise

You don’t need a babysitter to attend, or even leave the house.

These sessions are offered on a pay what you can sliding scale of £5-£15.00 per 2 hour session. There is also a reduced price membership option for block booking with a free journaling kit gift bag.
