Life Choices is run by Skillnet Group. We support people to move forward in their lives and offer specialist support to people with autism spectrum conditions and learning difficulties.
Our support is personalised, flexible and progressive. We work with a person and those he or she trusts to make a plan. We then support him or her to take action and achieve their goals!
We support people to become more independent in learning, housing, work, travel, leisure and relationships. We review our work regularly with those we support and make changes as these are wanted and required. Key to our work is developing networks in the local area to help people develop strong links in their own community.
