Short term support for 1 to 6 weeks to co-ordinate, help and to make sure you are re-settled and able to cope at home.

This can include:
- Sorting of mail, such as bills and junk mail
- Clearing of fridge and refilling
- Checking cupboards for essentials, such as toilet roll
- General wellbeing checks

Free-service however shopping will be covered by the client.
