We are offering a chance to join in with a friendly, relaxed bowling club that is open for all ages, abilities and backgrounds. We all feel a sense of relaxation and positivity when bowling and would like to feel that any social prescribing could result in people encountering new friends, a place of peace and quiet and a chance to keep active despite physical issues such as the onset of old age. While we are not set up to provide services for people with particular disabilities, we would welcome the chance to help those for whom life has become restricted and difficult. We are one of the few clubs in the area to have an active junior membership (some of whom are on the autistic spectrum) as well as catering for the senior age group.
