If you are feeling distressed, overwhelmed, or that things are too much and you don’t know where to turn to get support, then Safe Haven is here. We offer a welcoming, safe, comfortable, non-judgmental and non-clinical environment. The emphasis is on reducing immediate distress, and supporting people to access services and opportunities available to them in the wider community. No referral is needed, the service is free for people aged 16+ and one-to-one emotional support from trained mental health professionals is given. Safe Havens are available in Canterbury, Medway, Maidstone and Thanet, 6-11pm every day of the year. -Canterbury: 07483 163 953 or Canterbury.mhm@nhs.net -Medway: 07808 795 036 or Medway.mhm@nhs.net -Maidstone:07483 155 058 or Maidstone.mhm@nhs.net -Thanet:07483 166 619 or Thanet.mhm.@nhs.net
