At this stage in the pandemic, we do not know for sure how long the centre will remain closed and so we are working on a programme of activities that can be delivered remotely to our members, including live streamed and recorded meditation, relaxation and exercise sessions. Our physio team are also looking at ways to offer virtual sessions, maybe even a virtual choir and an online coffee morning. Any person with MS is able to take part in these activities
