Our Fit for Life classes include a combination of low impact and aerobic exercise in our state of the art gym. These sessions are taught by one of our highly qualified instructors; helping you improve your fitness level safely. If you are recovering from an illness, operation or have a pre-existing condition, please discuss this option with your GP.
Develop your experience using gym equipment to help improve mobility, stability and balance. Our classes will help attain both individual and group goals, and focus on key areas including stretching, core stability and resistance. A Fitness Coach will guide you throughout the session, adapting any exercise to suit your needs.
