Insight Healthcare is a not-for-profit organisation providing free Talking Therapy across Kent on behalf of the NHS. This is a FREE to use service, funded by the NHS for anyone 17 years old and over that lives in East Kent. You can self -refer by visiting our website https://www.insighthealthcare.org/our-services/talking-therapies/find-a-service/kent/ or you can be referred by your GP or health care professional such as Health Visitor, or by calling us on 0300 555 5555. We offer a range of talking therapy for a range of common mental health problems including, depression, anxiety and stress, and offer treatment online, in person and on the telephone.
