Aims & Activities
I work in two different spheres. As a yoga teacher. Teaching mindfulness based yoga – varied classes, some very gentle, some stronger – but all incorporating mindfulness training as art of the class.
I also run 8 week Mindfulness Based Living Courses. These courses are similar to MBSR Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction courses - but have a greater accent on compassion.
I am in training with the Mindfulness Association. Having completed Mindfulness, Compassion and Insight Modules – and I am in the process of registering for the UK network or mindfulness teachers.
Along with my colleagues at The Kent Mindfulness Centre ( that I co-founded) I also run monthly ‘drop in’ mindfulness sessions to support those practicing mindfulness. I also run regular retreats throughout the year.
