No Place Like Home is a highly personalised, private companionship and care service for senior residents living in Canterbury, Herne Bay, Whitstable, Faversham, Sittingbourne and all the surrounding rural areas. It was established by local Kent resident, Alison Carter, in response to challenges experienced by her mother, Leslie, in sourcing high quality, tailored support and care at home for husband, John.

Our passion is to help our clients be prepared for and to make the most of later life, focusing on quality experience and enjoyment. We carefully craft our support around each individual’s wishes – this might include escorted trips out as well as help in the home or, if needed, personal care. We are also able to provide respite care at home, recuperative support following a spell in hospital or end of life care. We especially welcome clients who are affected by dementia.
