We are a community dedicated to normalizing conversations around mental health. With our in-house production team, we create powerful and thought-provoking mini film content featuring real people talking about their experiences with mental health. In addition, we feature experts on film introducing our community to alternate therapies such as equine therapy, meditation, art therapy. Our purpose is to empower and liberate people positively and let people know that they are not alone, support is available, and a positive outcome is always possible.
