Aims & Activities
To improve the physical and mental health and wellbeing of women in and around Swale and Medway through creating positivity, increasing activity, and building confidence.
The Wellbeing Way will do this by reaching into the heart of the community.
My plan is to create workshops and courses for local people to come to. They will be free or inexpensive to remove barriers. I have created a weekly walking group. We have around 10 people a week attending, which is great and a 95% return rate.
