We offer information and support for stroke survivors, their families and carers. The service covers the Canterbury/Whitstable/Herne Bay/Faversham/Sandwich area. We can talk to you on the phone or visit you at home and provide information on life after stroke, and discuss how we can support you. We can put you in contact with other services and organisations which can help you. We also run communication support groups for people whose communication has been affected by stroke.
