Swale Volunteer Centre runs a volunteer transport scheme for elderly or disabled people who have difficulty accessing public transport, for those living in Faversham, Sittingbourne, Isle of Sheppey and surrounding areas. We provide transport that enables people to attend essential medical appointments. There is a £25.00 registration fee (£20 every year after) and each trip is based on the cost of 45p per mile payable to the driver, with a minimum charge of £4.50. A £1 admin fee is added to each trip
