Our Day Resource in Ramsgate is for adults with a learning disability. Close to public transport, local facilities and the harbour. Currently offering online sessions accessed from your own home. You are invited to come and develop life skills, take part in therapeutic activities or access services within the local community. Sessions take place on weekdays from 10am-3pm. Activities include: Upcycling; fitness including swimming, health walks and circuit training; arts and crafts; drama and music; community trips to local facilities including the beach and leisure centre. Your first session is free!
